Rosanna was great! Very informative and educational. She was always professional yet down to earth. I think this is just a rough time to buy a house! I felt like a lot was up in the air until the last minute, but I don't think there was anything different or better Rosanna could have done. I truly felt that I was important and that she was doing her best to advocate for me.
